Each piece of artwork is made to order with care to ensure a premium finished product that’s ready to feel at home in your space.

Production Time

Because every piece is made to order, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary slightly during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days after shipment within the United States

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Packaging

Your artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box
  • A brief description of the issue

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Buddy Seat Co is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
