At Buddy Seat Co, each piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Personal color or frame preferences
  • Ordering by mistake

Please carefully review product details, dimensions, and frame selections before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love what arrives at your door. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the artwork
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Color & Appearance

Please note that colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to differences in monitor and device settings. We do our best to ensure images accurately represent the finished artwork.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Buddy Seat Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
